ListingLoop is a web tool that lets TikTok creators upload videos and send them to their TikTok drafts via TikTok's official Content Posting API. ListingLoop does not publish content on your behalf: every post is reviewed and published manually by you inside the TikTok app.
You retain all rights to videos you upload. You grant ListingLoop a limited license to process and transfer your videos to TikTok solely to provide the service. Videos are not retained after transfer to TikTok.
The service is provided "as is" during early access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
ListingLoop integrates with TikTok via official APIs but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's own terms. TikTok may change or revoke API access at any time, which may affect the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingLoop and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or account actions taken by third-party platforms, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time and revoke access in your TikTok settings. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
